What payment options are there?
You can pay us with iDeal, Bancontact, Sofort banking, PayPal, bank transfer or cash on collection.

If you have opted for bank transfer, you can use the bank details below:

Do not forget to use your customer number, order number or order reference as payment description. Please note that a bank transfer can generally take about two to three business days.
Can I pay afterwards?
This is only possible in the case of pick-up, in cash.
Can I pay in installments?
Unfortunately that is not possible.
You can order all items in our webshop, with the exception of products with an unknown delivery time. Your order will be shipped as soon as all items are available from stock. There are no additional costs.
I have not received an order confirmation. How is that possible?
It may have ended up in your spam box. If not, check whether the purchase amount has been debited. Send us a proof of payment by e-mail with the transaction number visible. Our customer service representatives will find out what exactly is going on as soon as possible.
I paid too much. How do I receive the overpaid amount back as soon as possible?
Send us a proof of payment by e-mail with the transaction number visible. We will refund the overpaid amount as soon as possible to the account with which you paid.
Why is my PayPal payment being verified?
Due to fraud sensitivity, payments by credit card and PayPal are subject to extra checks. When a payment is rejected, unfortunately we cannot share the reason. If you still wish to receive the order, place it again with a different payment method.
